A friend
What is a friendship?

A friendship is a situation in which two people are friends.
What is diversity?
The fact of many different types of things or people being included in something.
Diverse friendships
When making friends, you find out if you are similar or different. Sometimes, you build a friendship based on how similar you are but other times, it is your differences that makes you get closer.
Being different is sometimes positive because when in need of advice, a friend might give you a different point of view and you will know they are doing it from a place of love.
Having a friend who is different from you can also help you get out of your comfort zone. If you are an introvert (someone who is very shy and prefers to be alone) and make friends with an extrovert (someone who loves to go out and is very outgoing) you may be inclined to try out new things and have more fun. On the other hand, having an introverted friend as an extroverted person can help you slow down and enjoy quiet moments. You could say it is the best of both worlds!
